10. How do I make a payment? 

 

- Yes! If anything you would like to add to your special day is not listed on the website, we would happy to accommodate your preferences over text/email so that you can have the best experience. 

- Unfortunately, no. But! You are more than welcome to bring your own as long as it follows guidelines of your location you have chosen.

- In some cases, no, but most likely yes. You are responsible for any permits you might need to get to access your picnic/event location. We will also let you know if one is needed.

- All items are the rightful property of Unforgettable Moments. If a damage occurs, you will be responsible for replacing said item with a bill from us. 

- If weather issues arise, we could either reschedule you event/picnic to another day that week or we can relocate your event/picnic to somewhere that is indoors. 

- After each event/picnic, we wash & sanitize each item according. If linens are used, we wash each item after every use. We also provide a bottle of hand sanitizer for you convenience.  

- Once your picnic/event is over, we hope you have an amazing rest of your day and we'll take it from there! We take care of every clean up/mess there is to tackle.

- While booking an event/picnic, we ask to try to book it in as much advance as possible. We will not accept any bookings without a weeks notice. 

- If you need to end your event/picnic early, we would ask if you send us a text message thirty minutes in advance just so we can head to you for clean up. 

- Payment methods will be discussed through email after you have signed our contract, received a proper quote for your event/picnic, and have a date.
