#1 Services:

• We provide curated pop-up picnics, bachelorette parties, proposals, and related event services. All details, pricing, and inclusions will be outlined in your booking confirmation or proposal.

#2 Bookings and Payments

• Booking Process:
A booking is confirmed only once we receive a signed agreement (if applicable) and a non-refundable deposit as stated on our website or on your invoice.

• Payment Terms:
A 50% payment is due time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

• Pricing:
Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

#3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive partial credit toward a future event at our discretion.

• Weather/Force Majeure:
If severe weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from performing the Services, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit, but we are not liable for costs beyond what you paid us.

#4 Client Responsibilities

• Obtain any permits or permissions required for public locations unless otherwise agreed.

• Ensure access to the event site at the agreed time for setup and breakdown.

• Supervise children and guests during the event. We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or unsafe behavior.

#5 Property & Equipment

• All décor, furniture, and equipment remain our property. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by you or your guests will be charged to you at replacement cost.

#6 Health & Safety

• We strive to maintain a clean and safe environment, but you assume all risk related to food allergies, outdoor conditions, or other hazards. Please inform us in writing of any allergies or health concerns at least 7 days prior to your event.

#7 Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our Services, except if caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

#8 Photography & Social Media

• Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to photograph your setup for marketing purposes. We will not photograph identifiable guests without consent.

#9 Intellectual Property

• All content on our Site, including logos, images, and text, is our property and may not be used without our written permission.

#10 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Michigan.

#11 Amendments

• We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our Site. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
